Immune Tips

Winter is a season of great change, especially for our immune systems. Here are a few tips to stay healthy:

• Daily disinfect your phone, desk/computer area, kitchen sink, and door knobs

• Disinfect your kitchen sponge by placing it (damp) in the microwave and warm it for 30 seconds

• Limit your sugar and alcohol intake

• Drink a daily cup of Green Tea

• Use an anti-viral essential oil room spray: Add two drops each to a small essential oil spray bottle (can be found at Whole Foods or any natural health store): Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Lemon, and Lavender Oil. Fill bottle with water. Spray around your home several times a day.

• Try a Shaklee immune product
